Description:

Very dark pipe and cigar variety of tobacco. A bush up to 2 meters high with long, thick, and very sticky leaves. When ripening, the leaf changes color to light green with yellowness. With proper fermentation, it takes on an almost black color. Outwardly similar to Silver River, but the shape of the leaves and taste are excellent. The variety has a vibrant taste and is great for making black Cavendish. The ripening period is about 70 days. Images from https://tobacco.professorhome.ru/.
